Welcome to Smile Creations. These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment and participation in our dance, music, and camp programs. By registering a student or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Academy Services

Smile Creations provides dance classes, music classes, summer camps, showcases, and related academy services in Dubai. Program details, schedules, and fees are communicated at enrollment and may vary by age group and batch.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Students must meet the age and level requirements of the selected class.
• Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate student information and emergency contacts.
• Enrollment is confirmed after academy approval and payment of applicable fees, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Fees & Payments

• Tuition and other fees must be paid according to the billing schedule issued by the academy.
• Late or overdue fees may result in suspension from classes until the balance is cleared.
• Refunds, if applicable, follow the academy refund policy shared at enrollment.

4. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend regularly, arrive on time, wear appropriate attire, and follow mentor instructions. The academy may suspend enrollment for repeated absences, misconduct, or unsafe behaviour.

5. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries. Dance and music activities involve physical movement. Smile Creations takes reasonable safety measures but is not liable for injuries arising from normal class activity except where required by law.

6. Media & Promotional Use

Class photos, showcase footage, and academy events may be used for website and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted.
